Adam Klotz

Adam joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in 2015 as an analyst for our Real Estate and Opportunistic strategies, and focuses primarily on investments in Healthcare and Senior Housing sectors. Previously, Adam worked in entrepreneurial and finance roles at DaVita Rx – the integrated care pharmacy business of DaVita HealthCare Partners. Adam earned his B.S. in Biological Sciences from Stanford University and his M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Alan Spragins

Alan joined CPA in 2012 and has over 20 years of experience in legal, finance, and operational roles with organizations ranging from start-ups to public companies. Prior to joining Columbia Pacific, Alan was the CFO, CCO and General Counsel for Brighton Jones (a Registered Investment Advisor), and a member of Lake Union Capital Partners (a buy-out firm focused on turn-around acquisitions).  Alan held previous leadership roles with a large financial institution, a mid-cap technology and manufacturing company, and a software company.  Alan received a Bachelor of Accountancy and JD from the University of Mississippi and a LL.M. in taxation from New York University.

Alex Washburn

Alex Washburn is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Columbia Pacific Advisors. Alex has been involved in all phases of the firm’s development since its founding in 2006 and sits on each of the firm’s investment committees. Prior to founding Columbia Pacific Advisors, Alex was a partner and portfolio manager at Summit Capital Management, a Northwest-based multi-strategy investment manager. He is a Director of Glenholme Healthcare Group and Freehold Corporation.

Alex is a member of the Tyee Board of Advisors for the University of Washington Athletics. Alex graduated with a B.A. from the University of Washington with a concentration in Finance.

Andrew Katzmann

Andrew joined Columbia Pacific in 2019 as a Senior Analyst for our Real Estate Strategies, and focuses on investments in Healthcare and Senior Housing Sectors. Previously, Andrew worked as an Analyst for LTC Properties, a real estate investment trust that focuses on investments in senior housing. Andrew Earned his B.A. in Economics from Tulane University.

Anna Crabtree

Anna grew up in the Seattle area and went to college at the University of Washington, completing bachelor’s degrees in finance and economics. She also played beach volleyball for UW her junior and senior year of college and continues to coach youth club volleyball. She has four years of underwriting experience in commercial banking roles with Wells Fargo and most recently, Umpqua Bank.

Antje Volk

Antje Volk joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in October 2015 as a Controller. Antje’s experience includes 13 years at as an auditor of investment management companies at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and more recently she was a Controller at a Seattle-based private investment management company. Antje graduated from Gonzaga University with a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Arthur Jones

Arthur joined Columbia Pacific in 2020 as an analyst for our Capital Markets team. Prior to joining CPA, Arthur worked as a commercial real estate appraiser. As an appraiser, he was involved in the valuation of over $1 billion in real estate across a wide variety of property types and ownership interests. Arthur is a third generation Washington native and graduated from Whitman College with an Economics major and Mathematics minor.

Aubrey joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in 2019 as an analyst for the Real Estate investment team. Prior to joining CPA, Aubrey interned for Seaport Steel, and Lakeside Industries. Aubrey graduated from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business in 2019, earning Phi Beta Kappa and cum laude honors.

Billy Meyer

Mr. Meyer joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in 2011 to assist in growing & managing the Real Estate Lending strategy. In his role, Billy is primarily responsible for the business development team and structuring and originating loans. Previously, Mr. Meyer was an investments sales broker with the Tax Credit Group of Marcus & Millichap focused on selling affordable housing apartments through the country.  Later, Mr. Meyer joined Holland Partners and represented the equity for acquisitions of value-add apartments in the Northwest. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Meyer participated in the sale or acquisition of over 7,000 units across the country plus originated over $3 billion in bridge loans. Mr. Meyer played collegiate golf and graduated from Western Washington University with a degree in Business Administration. Billy is also the Founder & Chairman of the annual Montlake Club golf tournament and a member of the Seattle Best Practices Group in Seattle.

Brad Shain

Brad Shain joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in 2011 to manage the Direct Lending strategy. He has 30 years of experience evaluating various private commercial credit opportunities both personally and professionally. Previously, he was Co-founder, President and CEO of Maxit Financial from inception in 1993 to its successful $75 million acquisition by Cash America (NYSE: CSH) in October 2010 for cash and stock.  Brad graduated from the University of Utah with a B.S in Applied Physics and a minor in Math.

Brett Horn joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in 2015 as Tax Director. Brett previously worked at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Jane Street Capital (New York), and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Brit Funk

Brit Funk joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in September of 2014 as a Development Manager within the real estate investment strategy. She manages new multi-family construction and commercial rehab projects in Seattle, San Francisco and Dallas. Prior to joining CPA Brit worked as a Project Engineer on various tenant improvements to multi-family high rise projects for a local General Contractor. Brit received her Construction Management Certificate from the University of Washington and has been in the industry since 2003.

Carina Luo joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in 2021 as a Tax Manager. Prior to joining Columbia Pacific Advisors, she was a tax manager at Perkins & Co in Oregon, primarily focused on real estate and construction industry.  Carina graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering from CSU (China), and a Master in Accountancy and Master in Taxation from University of Denver. Carina has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2018.

CJ Calaguio

CJ joined Columbia Pacific as Chief Compliance Officer and Associate General Counsel in 2018. Prior to joining Columbia Pacific, CJ headed the Private Funds and Regulatory Compliance group of a law firm located in New York, NY, where she provided regulatory and compliance advice to the firm’s private fund and registered investment advisor clients.  She also reviewed, negotiated and provided legal advice to clients relating to a broad range of commercial transactions.

Claudia Leslie

Claudia has over 23 years of banking experience, most recently with the U.S. Bank Commercial Real Estate team since 2016, covering the greater Seattle and Portland markets.  Claudia had previously worked at Washington Federal, where she led their Treasury Management department as well as their Derivatives desk, and started her career out of college in New York City with J.P. Morgan where she spent almost a decade.  In between her time at JPM and WaFd, Claudia worked for Liberty Dialysis where she led the company’s debt financing efforts, in support of their aggressive growth, as well as their cash management and banking relationships.  Claudia is a graduate of Bucknell University, where she spent a semester abroad in Spain, and a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.  Claudia and her husband are active volunteers and board committee members with a local non-profit, FareStart.  She holds the Certified Treasury Professional certification and sits on the board of the NW Summit, the local Association for Financial Professionals.

Colin Vorhies

Colin Vorhies joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in 2021 as an Underwriter for the Business Finance Lending team.  Prior to joining Columbia Pacific, Colin spent over five years with Garrison Investment Group, a New York-based multi-strategy credit-oriented firm, where he was responsible for investing in leveraged loan opportunities for the firm’s CLOs and private credit funds. Colin began his career at Morgan Stanley underwriting relationship and event debt financings, as well as managing a portfolio of loans and derivatives within the Tech, Media, and Telecom (“TMT”) industries.  Colin received his Bachelor of Science in Integrated Business and Engineering from Lehigh University in 2009 and is a CFA Charterholder.

Cory Lanman

Cory Lanman joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in 2022 as a Senior Vice President for the Real Estate Lending strategy.  Cory has over 15 years experience in commercial real estate finance most recently with KeyBank’s Commercial Mortgage Group as a Senior Mortgage Banker and Program Manager providing long term debt options on commercial and multifamily properties through multiple capital market channels. Cory also spent several years as a Relationship Manager with KeyBank’s Income Property Group focusing on construction loans, bridge loans and short term balance sheet loans. Cory graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a degree in Economics and Business Administration minor.

Dan Baty

Dan Baty is a co-founder of Columbia Pacific Advisors and Columbia Pacific Management, Inc. Previously, Dan was the founder of Emeritus Corporation, one of the largest and most experienced operators of freestanding assisted living communities located throughout the United States, which merged with Brookdale Senior Living Inc. in 2014. He had served as Chairman of Emeritus since its inception in 1993. Dan also previously served as the Chairman of Holiday Retirement Corporation, the largest operator of retirement centers in the US and Canada, from 1987 to its sale in 2007 to Fortress Investment Group for more than $6 billion. Dan has been successfully investing in and developing private companies for over 40 years. Dan stepped away from day-to-day operational responsibilities at Columbia Pacific Advisors in May 2021.

Danae Orlob

Danae started at Columbia Pacific in 2022 as the Office Manager. Prior to joining Columbia Pacific, Danae worked as a Retail Manager as well as an Administrative Assistant at a Sleep Center for the treatment of sleep disordered breathing. Danae was born and raised in Washington. She attended Spokane Falls Community College where she discovered a love for anthropology. In her free time, she enjoys reading, camping, ice skating and time with her partner and pets. She is part of a foster program for senior cats that need extra care for their health.

David Finden

David Finden joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in 2015 as an Asset Manager within the real estate investment strategy. Mr. Finden is responsible for performance monitoring of all senior housing assets and overseeing the senior housing asset management team. Prior to Columbia Pacific Advisors, Mr. Finden held multiple roles in financial planning and asset management at Emeritus Senior Living.  During his tenure, Mr. Finden helped underwrite over $3 billion in senior living transactions, developed and oversaw key planning and monitoring processes and developed key corporate and community programs covering over 500 senior living communities across the U.S.  Mr. Finden graduated with a BS in Economic Geography from Oregon State University and a MBA from Washington State University.

Devin joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in 2021 as a Senior Real Estate Operations Accountant.  Prior to joining Columbia Pacific, Devin worked as an Assurance Supervising Senior Accountant at KKDLY LLC, a public accounting firm in Honolulu, Hawaii.  Devin graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Entrepreneurship.

Dexter Tang

Dexter Tang joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in 2019 to provide underwriting support for the Real Estate Lending team. He previously was a Credit Analyst at Washington Federal Bank in their Seattle Commercial Real Estate team underwriting deals for income properties. Prior to banking, Dexter spent time working in government and political campaigns and spent his last year in college interning at the Seattle Mayor’s Office. Dexter also serves on the boards of two local nonprofits. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington.

Felicity Hollenbeck

Felicity Hollenbeck joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in March 2016 as a Development Manager within the real estate investment strategy. She manages new multi-family and senior housing projects in Seattle.  Prior to joining CPA, she worked in the tech industry running marketing programs for Redfin.com. Prior to that Felicity worked in commercial real estate development as an owner’s representative on multi-family housing and a mix of office and retail tenant improvement projects. Felicity graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Architectural History and a minor in Architecture. Felicity is an Old English Sheepdog aficionado and volunteers for Chimpanzee Sanctuary Northwest.

Greg Kletzly

Greg Kletzly joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in January 2016 to launch the firm’s venture into a self-storage program within the real estate investing strategy. Greg is accountable for the investment, development and asset management of self-storage properties in select growth markets. Previously, Greg was Vice President, Development for Public Storage of the northwest and mountain states regions, responsible for sourcing, entitling and developing modern self-storage facilities. Greg was an Investment Director with Schnitzer West engaged in the development of landmark office space, premier retail shops and luxury apartments. Greg brings extensive experience in real estate acquisitions, site planning, entitlements, agency management, building design, development management and asset management. Greg has earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington, a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame.

Hal Wright

Hal Wright joined Columbia Pacific in 2021 to provide underwriting support for the Real Estate Lending team.  He previously worked at Uber headquarters in San Francisco as an Operations Manager and Business Analyst doing data analytics around driver growth and customer support. He also worked at Tarragon LLC as an acquisition intern, vetting future development properties. Hal has an MBA from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business and a bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. Additionally, he completed a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate from University of Washington’s Runstad Department of Real Estate. Hal is a graduate of Lakeside School and is an Eagle Scout.

Hoai Ngo

Hoai Ngo joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in 2022 as a Lead Asset Manager for the Business Finance Lending strategy. Hoai has over twenty years analyst experience in both equity and debt at various firms including Oppenheimer as Managing Director and Co-Head of Fixed Income Research, Greenwich Capital as Managing Director and Bear Stearns as Vice President. Prior to Columbia Pacific, he was an analyst at Bloomberg covering the retail sector and has been quoted by Dow Jones, Distressed Debt Daily, Debtwire, and Bloomberg News. He began his career at JPMorgan investment banking. Hoai received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature with a minor in Chemistry in 1994 from UC San Diego and received his JD from Tulane Law School in 1998. He is a member of the New York Bar association.

Inna Ten joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in May 2021 as a Director of Real Estate Operations Accounting. Previously, Inna worked as a Tax Director at Kilroy Realty Corporation, a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust in Los Angeles. Inna is a Certified Public Accountant who received her Bachelor of Accounting and Master of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California.

Jack Ferry

Jack joined CPA in 2014 and has over 30 years of financial related experience.  Prior to joining Columbia Pacific, Jack was the CFO for Ignition Partners, a Seattle area venture capital firm with affiliates in China.  His former experience includes the position of Vice President of Tax at Infospace Inc., responsible for worldwide tax and treasury, and Senior Tax Manager at Deloitte.  Jack is the Treasurer and Board member of the Seattle Tennis Club and has been a community representative for the Seattle Neighborhood Greenways.   Jack received an MS in Taxation from Golden Gate University and a business degree with a concentration in accounting from the University of Washington.

Jacque Churchville

Jacque joined the Columbia Pacific Team in July 2021 as their Office Manager and has since transitioned to their Investor Relations team as an Associate. Prior to Columbia Pacific she has been an office manager at a Seattle law firm as well as a supervisor at the Department of Labor and Industries. Jacque was born and raised in Las Vegas and attended the University of Nevada Reno before moving to the Pacific Northwest.

Jamie Cobb joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in 2017 as an analyst for our Real Estate Strategies. Prior to joining Columbia Pacific, Jamie was the Vice President of Finance for Colliers International. Formerly, Jamie was an Asset and Real Estate Manager for Cascade Investment, the investment vehicle for Bill Gates and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Jamie earned his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington Foster School. Jamie earned his CPA license in 2000 and his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2006. He is a member of the CFA Society of Seattle.

John Bratrud joined Columbia Pacific in 2019.  He serves as the Portfolio Manager for the Opportunity Fund as well as Hyak Partners, a public equities fund.  In his current position, he oversees investments in both public and private companies.  Prior to joining Columbia Pacific he served as the Managing Partner for Hyak Capital.  He is a graduate of the University of Washington and currently resides in Seattle.

Josh Butensky joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in 2019 as a Senior Underwriter for our Business Finance Lending strategy. Josh has over 10 years commercial lending experience having previously worked for two internet-based banks. Prior to joining Columbia Pacific, Josh was responsible for portfolio management activities for a $2 Billion loan portfolio. He also brings a diverse underwriting background that includes stabilized and transitional real estate, working capital lines of credit, and middle-market C&I transactions. Originally from Upstate New York, Josh graduated Cum Laude from the University at Albany.

Julie O’Brien joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in August 2019 as an accounting manager for the management companies. Before joining Columbia Pacific, Julie worked as a Senior Tax Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers Seattle and Dallas offices. She primarily focused on tax compliance for hedge funds and venture capital funds. Julie is a Certified Public Accountant with a BBA in Accounting from St. Edward’s University and an MS in Tax from St. John’s University.

Kari Luttinen

Kari Luttinen joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in 2015 with the Real Estate Lending strategy. Currently, she is Vice President of Loan Origination, focusing on loan production and business development of the Lending strategy. She has also worked in underwriting and analyst roles prior. Previously, Kari was an intern for Columbia Pacific Management, Columbia Pacific Advisors, and Silvaris Corporation, respectively. A Seattle native, Kari played Division I basketball at the University of Portland where she earned All-Academic in the conference for 3 consecutive years. Kari graduated from the University of Portland Pamplin School of Business with a degree in Finance. Additionally, she completed her Certificate in Commercial Real Estate at the University of Washington in 2019.

Keaton Gray

Keaton joined Columbia Pacific Advisors as the Managing Director of Investor Relations. Previously, he led investor relations for March Capital, a Santa Monica-based venture capital firm. His prior experience includes venture capital investments and board representation, helping multiple portfolio companies through successful acquisitions and IPOs. He also managed business development at a venture-backed startup through its successful IPO. Keaton is a graduate of the University of Southern California and of Johns Hopkins University.

Keely Nikolao joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in June 2018 as an accounting senior manager.  Keely’s experience includes 12 years in PwC’s Seattle assurance practice.  She primarily focused on financial statement audits of mutual funds, private real estate funds and hedge funds.  She graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Central Washington University with a Masters of Professional Accountancy.  Keely is a certified public accountant.

Kevin Quinn joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in 2013 and is Managing Director of the Direct Real Estate Lending platforms overseeing operations, banking, strategic growth, loan underwriting, and loan portfolio management. Kevin joined in 2013 with a background in commercial & industrial lending (business/corporate lending) and commercial real estate lending. His experience includes management, loan structuring, loan workout and special asset management, foreclosures, bankruptcies, real estate litigation, debt restructuring, CREO, commercial and industrial lending, corporate and middle market banking, asset-based lending, and equipment lease financing/brokering. Kevin graduated with a B.A. from the University of Washington.

Kirby Kelley joined Columbia Pacific in July 2019 as Development Coordinator within the real estate investment strategy.  She supports the development process from entitlements through construction and turnover for both senior living and self-storage projects.  Prior to joining CPA Kirby worked as a Project Engineer for a local General Contractor with experience managing construction for mixed-use, historical renovation and senior-living projects.  Kirby’s background is in operating a family-owned residential contracting company based in the South Puget Sound. She has a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts, an Associates in Interior Design and a Certificate in Construction Management.

Lawrence Litchfield

Lawrence Litchfield joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in 2020 as Director of Business Development for the Business Finance Lending strategy. He has a diverse background spanning buy-side finance, consulting, engineering and operations. Previously, Lawrence led a Seattle based search fund where he was responsible for investment strategy and all elements of the deal making process. He began his career as an aerospace engineer at Boeing where he held a progression of leadership positions across engineering and operations. After leaving Boeing Lawrence worked for CSP Associates where he provided transaction advisory services to private equity and strategic clients. Lawrence received his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Madeline Virzi joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in June 2016 as a Senior Fund Accountant for the opportunistic and hedge strategies. Currently, Madeline serves as an Accounting Manager. Before joining Columbia Pacific, Madeline worked as a Senior Finance Associate at Bain Capital Credit, a Boston-based manager of high yield debt securities. Prior to her work in Boston, she was an Audit Associate with Weaver, a regional public accounting firm in Texas. Madeline is a  Certified Public Accountant with a BBA in Accounting and an MS in Finance from Texas A&M University.

Michele Hughes

Michele Hughes joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in 2017 as an Asset Manager. Ms. Hughes is responsible for performance monitoring of Senior Housing Assets across the country. Prior to joining Columbia Pacific Advisors, Ms. Hughes held numerous clinical and administrative positions at Emeritus Senior Living and Brookdale Senior Living. During her 14 years with Emeritus, she advanced from an Executive Director to the North East Divisional Vice President of Operations. Ms. Hughes successfully transitioned her 72 communities as well as the largest number of Emeritus Regional and Divisional staff to Brookdale Senior Living in 2014. She joined Brookdale at that time as a Regional Vice President of Operations.

Ms. Hughes has also held various elected positions at the State and National levels. She served two terms as a Member at Large on the board for The National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL). She also participated on the NCAL Finance & Policy Committee as well as the Risk Management Workgroup. At the state level, Michele held positions on the New Jersey Assisted Living Center Board. Completing two terms as Vice-Chair, two terms as Chair. During that 8 years, she served as one of the Health Care Association of New Jersey’s (HCANJ) representatives on the New Jersey Assisted Living Work Group held by the New Jersey Department of Health.

Mitch Johnson

Mitch Johnson joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in March 2016 as the Acquisition Manager for the self storage program within the real estate investment strategy. Prior to joining CPA, Mitch was the Site Acquisition Manager for Public Storage in the northwest and mountain states. Mitch has comprehensive retail real estate site acquisition and entitlement feasibility experience with Safeway Stores, Home Depot, POB Montgomery Developers and Savers Stores throughout the western United States.  Mitch is a licensed Architect and Real Estate Broker and is a graduate of the University of Washington, School of Architecture and has received a Commercial Real Estate Certificate from the Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies at the University of Washington.

Morgan Barnes

Morgan Barnes joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in November 2018 as a Credit Analyst for our Real Estate Lending strategy. Morgan’s experience includes an internship at Columbia Pacific Management, followed by 3 years at HomeStreet Bank including positions as a Production Analyst in their Commercial Real Estate group, and more recently as a Credit Reporting Analyst in their Credit Policy & Risk Analytics group. Morgan graduated from the University of Washington in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with concentrations in both Finance and Information Systems. She also holds a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington.

Pete Aparico

Pete Aparico joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in 2017 and is responsible for real estate acquisition and development opportunities within the real estate investment strategy.  Prior to joining Columbia Pacific Advisors, Pete was a multi-family development, commercial development, and acquisitions lead at Vulcan, responsible for deal sourcing, pipeline development, and life cycle investment performance.  Formerly, Pete was an Investment Director with Schnitzer West and an Officer in the Navy’s Civil Engineer Corps.  Pete earned a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, a Master of Science in Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Rebecca Bloom

Rebecca Bloom is the Managing Director of Capital Markets  & Acquisitions and is responsible for real estate acquisition and debt financing opportunities with the real estate investment strategy. Prior to joining Columbia Pacific Advisors, Ms. Bloom managed land acquisitions and debt and equity financing for Vulcan Real Estate, where she was responsible for sourcing, evaluating and negotiating land acquisition and debt financing opportunities in the greater Seattle/Bellevue market. Ms. Bloom, led Vulcan’s major acquisition efforts in the Downtown Bellevue market and successfully sourced and closed over $1.5B in construction and permanent financing. Ms. Bloom holds a B.A. in business economics from UCLA and an M.S. in computational finance and risk management from the University of Washington.

Rebecca DiGiacomo

Rebecca DiGiacomo joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in June 2020 as a Senior Fund Accountant. Prior to joining Columbia Pacific, Rebecca worked as an Assurance Associate in PwC’s Boston practice, and more recently was an accountant on Liberty Mutual Insurance’s International & External Reporting team in Boston. Rebecca graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration degree, concentration in Accounting, and from Wake Forest University with a Masters in Accountancy degree. Rebecca is a Certified Public Accountant.

Rebecca Werner joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in 2021 as a senior fund accountant. Prior to joining, Rebecca worked as a Senior Tax Associate at PwC in Seattle and San Francisco, primarily focused on venture capital and private equity tax compliance. Rebecca graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in accounting and a Master of Science in taxation. Rebecca is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Rich Menti

Rich Menti joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in 2014 as a Senior Asset Manager within the real estate investment strategy. He is primarily responsible for management of the industrial, office, medical, hospitality and multi-family properties as well as assisting in acquisitions, dispositions and partner relationships. Rich has 22 years of real estate experience in all facets of the industry from asset management, development, acquisitions, dispositions leasing and brokerage ownership. Prior to joining CPA, Rich was the Vice President at Meriwether Advisors, a commercial real estate advisory and investment firm. Before Meriwether Advisors, Rich served as President and Owner of multiple Real Estate franchises in the Puget Sound. Rich graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A in Speech and Communication.

Rob Hackleman joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in 2021 to assist with underwriting for the Real Estate Lending team. Rob’s experience spans across various roles within commercial real estate, including construction, development, asset management, and investment sales. He has held positions with Broadshore Capital Partners, Newmark, and Mack Real Estate Development. Most recently, Rob was an Asset Manager for Broadshore Capital Partners overseeing a portfolio of multifamily and net-lease industrial assets. Rob graduated from University of Washington in 2007 with a B.S. in Construction Management and earned his MBA from University of Washington’s Foster School of Business in 2013.

Rob Shields joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in 2017 as a Senior Underwriter for the Real Estate Lending strategy. Mr. Shields has over 10 years of diverse experience within the banking and finance sectors, holding various roles of increasing responsibility with Washington Trust Bank, Sterling Bank, Umpqua Bank, and PACCAR Financial Corporation.  Rob’s experience spans a variety of sectors including  agricultural finance, commercial and industrial lending, corporate and middle market banking, collateral based lending, international trade finance, private banking, and investor real estate. Rob graduated from Whitworth University in 2006 with B.A. in Business Management and earned his MBA from Gonzaga University in 2012.

Sarah Rosler

Sarah Rosler joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in 2012 where she works directly with our real estate investment strategies team on development accounting and lender coordination. Sarah started her career at Grant Thornton where she worked in the assurance department auditing small tech and biotech companies. Then she worked at Emeritus Corporation where she was a senior corporate accountant focused on capital leases, quarterly and annual filings and construction accounting. Most recently she worked for Columbia Pacific Management as an Accounting Manager. Sarah graduated in May of 2000 with a double major in Accounting and Finance.

Sherrie Bebell joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in January 2017 as a Senior Living Asset Manager within the Real Estate Investment Strategy.  In her role, Sherrie is responsible for senior living assets primarily in the Southeast. Prior to joining Columbia Pacific, Skyle worked as Senior Accountant for a CPA firm in Boston, primarily focused on managing and advising businesses across multiple industries for growth. Skyle was also in charge of training and supporting his team members, as well as, developing internal processes to meet clients’ needs. Stan Baty

Stan Baty is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Columbia Pacific Advisors and Vice President of Columbia Pacific Management, Inc. Previously, Stan was a financial analyst for Nomura Securities Corporation. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Emeritus Corporation from 2004 until its merger with Brookdale Senior Living, Inc. in 2014. Stan currently sits on the Boards of Seattle Bank, Dry Soda, Northwest Horticulture, Optimum Energy, Simply Fun, Winemakers Investment Properties, Seattle Academy of Arts & Sciences, and the Capitol Hill Housing Foundation. Stan graduated with a B.A. from the University of Washington.

Stephanie joined Columbia Pacific in 2021 as a Senior Director for our Real Estate Strategies.  Prior to joining Columbia Pacific, Stephanie was an asset manager for M&A Real Estate partners in Los Angeles, where she was responsible for oversight and management of the firm’s student housing portfolio.  Formerly, Stephanie was an analyst with Moran & Company, focused on institutional sized multifamily sales throughout California.  Stephanie earned her B.S. in Finance from University of Notre Dame and her M.B.A. from Anderson School at UCLA.

Todd Seneker

Todd Seneker joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in 2012 and is the Managing Director of all real estate investment strategies. Mr. Seneker has overall accountability for Columbia Pacific’s real estate acquisition, development and asset management platform. Since joining Columbia Pacific Advisors, Todd has led the acquisition, development and/or re-positioning efforts for over 2,500 senior housing units, approximately 1,200 multi-family units, and over 800,000 sf. of commercial space throughout the US. Prior to joining Columbia Pacific Advisors, Todd was an Investment Director with Schnitzer West, where he oversaw several multi-family development projects located throughout the Puget Sound Region.  Todd graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College and has an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.

Trent Stedman

Trent Stedman joined Columbia Pacific in 2013 and manages our hedged strategy and our United Kingdom specialty finance strategy.  Prior to joining Columbia Pacific, he managed the New Vernon Aegir Fund, a long/short equity hedge fund, from inception in 2004 to 2013.  Prior to forming the Aegir Fund, Trent was a Principal at Centre Partners, a New York-based private equity fund he joined in 1995.  At Centre Partners, Trent participated in leveraged buyout and growth capital investments in sectors including consumer products, food, retail, media, and senior housing.  Trent received a Bachelor of Sciences in Economics, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1993.

Vicki Peditto

Vicki Peditto joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in January of 2020 as a Development Manager within the real estate investment strategy. She manages new senior living projects primarily on the East coast.  Prior to joining CPA, Vicki worked as a Project Manager on various tenant improvements and ground-up construction projects for a local General Contractor. She received her Construction Management Certificate from the University of Washington and has been in the industry since 2004.

Will Nelson joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in 2015 to assist with loan production and asset strategy for our Real Estate Lending strategy. Will now serves as the Director of Real Estate Lending. Previously he managed the real estate portfolio for Legacy Companies. Will participated in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, project management, entitlement work and property management of approximately 1.5 million square feet of real estate assets in the United States and Canada. Will graduated from Loyola Marymount University’s business program with an emphasis in Marketing and Management. He earned his MBA from the University of Washington.
